Each individual's ear canal size is unique, and even the left and right ears can vary in dimensions. The age references provided in the Size Chart are based on averages and should not be considered absolute standards.

There may be several suitable sizes for your particular ear canal. We recommend finding the most comfortable fit for your needs. If you encounter issues with the size, please consult us by providing your age and gender, and we will happily provide a satisfactory solution.

For first-time buyers, we highly recommend considering a Mixed-Size Pack. The latest Size Indication is the most reliable source, as it may differ from the Age Range information on the packaging.

Size 0: Infant/Baby, approximately 3-12 months (previously indicated as 0-1 years, which may not be accurate enough) Size 1: Kids, approximately 1.5-4.5 years, and Extra-Small Ear Women & Teens Size 2: Kids, approximately 6-14 years, and Medium Ear Women Size 3: Medium Ear Men and Large Ear Women & Teens Size 4: Large Ear Men

The A-Series offers an alternative fit: Size 1A = 0.8, 2A = 1.8, 3A = 2.8 The A-Series is designed for narrower ear canals, with easier insertion and less fall-out. However, the comfort level may be slightly less than the Classic Series.

Please note that approximately 3-5% of people may not be able to find a suitable size due to the uniqueness of their ear canal.
